Koch Chemie Polish & Sealing Foam Pad - For the perfect, ultra-thin protective layer
This soft foam pad from Koch Chemie has been specially developed for the final, crucial step in the polishing process: applying a sealant or wax. The unique, fine-cell structure ensures a very even and economical distribution of the product. This achieves maximum protection and gloss with minimal product waste.
The thin 25 mm design gives the pad great stability and makes it very easy to handle, even on the most difficult curves of a car. The flexible edge further contributes to this. This makes the pad ideal for processing high-quality sealants such as Koch Chemie 1K-Nano, as well as other liquid waxes and gloss-enhancing polishes. The result is a sleek, high-gloss finish without any streaks or holograms.

- Center the pad on the backing plate of the polishing machine.
- Apply a few small drops of sealant or polish onto the pad.
- Spread the product at a low speed over a small area (approx. 40x40 cm / 16x16 inches).
- Work the product in at a medium speed with light pressure, using overlapping passes.
- Wipe off any residue with a soft microfiber towel.
Tip: For optimal lifespan and performance, clean the pad after use with compressed air or a special pad brush. If necessary, wash the pad with a mild detergent and allow it to dry completely.
