Shipping and Delivery

At Carclean.com, we understand that you want to receive your order quickly.

Order before 23:59 and if everything is in stock, choose Trunkrs to have your order delivered the next business day. Order via PostNL before 21:00, and your order will be shipped the same business day. Enjoy free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium from €50 with PostNL and from €75 with Trunkrs.

If you order for a lower amount, the shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and total price of your order. This way, we ensure that you always pay a fair amount for shipping. We also ship (standard insured) to all other EU countries, where you can view the costs per country directly in your shopping cart.

Shipping with PostNL or Trunkrs

We ship all packages with PostNL or Trunkrs. You can choose to have your package delivered where and when it suits you. With PostNL, you can choose home delivery within a selected time slot, and you can choose a deferred delivery date. You can also choose an alternative delivery address, a PostNL pickup point, or a package machine. For the fastest delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium, choose Trunkrs: order between 21:00 and 23:59 for delivery the next business day. And if you order early in the morning before 10:00? Your package can even be delivered the same day!

When you order from Carclean.com, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once your order is packed, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace from PostNL or Trunkrs, so you can track your package. If you use the PostNL app, you will also receive a notification that a package is on its way to you.

Packaging and Environment

Each package is packed very securely by us to ensure that all products reach you in good condition. We use lightweight plastic air bags as filling material, which are 100% recyclable. This saves weight, and therefore shipping costs, and we consider the environment.
