Warranty Period

A 24-month warranty is provided for electrical appliances, accessories, and peripherals. The warranty for consumables such as liquids, pastes, cloths, and polishing pads depends on usage.

Return Procedure

For a defect or warranty request, always contact us first. This way, we can determine the best course of action. You can request a return number from us. Within 48 hours, you'll receive return instructions including an 'RMA number' from us. Once the product has been received by us, we'll arrange for a replacement or repaired product within 5 working days. If we need to return the product to the supplier or manufacturer, the lead time may be longer.
