Webshop Software Shopware

Our webshop is developed with Shopware software. Personal data you provide to us for our services are shared with our software developer. They have access to your data to provide us with (technical) support. They will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopware is required to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have with them. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption, a strong password policy, and secure data storage. Shopware reserves the right to anonymize collected data and share it within its own group and affiliated partners to further improve the service. Shopware complies with the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data.

We chose Shopware because it is a European developer that complies with stringent European privacy requirements.

Reloadify

We send our email newsletters with Reloadify. Reloadify will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every automated email sent via our website, you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will no longer receive our newsletter after clicking this link. Your personal data is securely stored by Reloadify. Reloadify uses cookies and other internet technologies to see if emails are opened and read. Reloadify reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share information with third parties in this context.

Reloadify also tracks what you order from us. We can send you personalized emails based on this information. You can also unsubscribe from these emails.

Reloadify is a Dutch company that complies with stringent European privacy requirements.

Kiyoh and Google Reviews

We collect reviews via the platforms of Kiyoh and Google. If you leave a review via Kiyoh, you are required to provide your name, place of residence, and email address. Kiyoh shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. Kiyoh optionally publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, Kiyoh may contact you to clarify your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with Kiyoh. They use this information solely to invite you to leave a review.

Kiyoh has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Kiyoh reserves the right to engage third parties to provide services. We have given Kiyoh permission for this. All the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to parts of Kiyoh’s services for which they engage third parties. Kiyoh retains your personal data as long as you keep the review published on the platform, except for your email address. Your email address is deleted by Kiyoh one month after your review is published. Kiyoh has appointed a Data Protection Officer. You can find the contact details of this officer on the Kiyoh website.

To post a review via Google, you need a Google account. Google does not share any additional personal data with us when you post a review. Google applies its own retention periods for the data they collect.
