To Peppol or not to Peppol.
Peppol (for Belgian business customers)
For Belgian business customers who work with Peppol: unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer invoicing via Peppol.
We understand that this may be inconvenient for some organisations, especially now that Peppol is increasingly becoming the standard in Belgium. At this moment, we issue invoices exclusively as PDF files. These invoices are sent by email and are also available in your account. They comply with the applicable VAT requirements for intra-Community supplies.
Our current shop system does not yet support a direct connection to Peppol. We are in discussions with our software and invoicing partners, but at this time no suitable solution is available that allows for automatic delivery via Peppol.
We continue to closely monitor developments and hope to be able to offer Peppol support in the course of 2026. Until then, we can unfortunately only provide PDF invoices. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
