Ultimate problem solver.
Customer Service Representative (16–24 hours)
At Carclean.com, it's all about happy customers. Did we make a mistake? You fix it. Is a customer unhappy? You turn things around. We proudly score a 9.6 on Kiyoh and 4.9 on Google – and you help us keep it that way.
What will you do?
- Help customers via chat, email and phone
- Track down lost packages (via PostNL)
- Handle returns and complaints (RMAs)
- Process refunds or offer alternatives
- Provide support for issues like leakage or missing items
- Correct incorrect orders
Who are you?
- Experience in customer service or recently graduated with a passion for helping people
- Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills (Dutch & English)
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- MBO working and thinking level
- Affinity with cars or detailing products is a plus
- Flexible and stress-resistant

As a Purchasing Assistant, you’re responsible for sourcing products for our webshop. Together with the sales team, you research trends, discover new brands, and look for opportunities to develop our own products. You maintain contact with suppliers and keep stock levels in check. Notice something that’s not selling? You report it directly to management.
What will you do?

Are you a word wizard, crazy about cars, and excited to create content that really hits the mark? Then we’re looking for you! We’re searching for a Content Creator who can tell stories, make products shine, and spark excitement about car care.
What will you do?
- Write texts for our webshop, social media, newsletters, and more
- Create engaging blogs and landing pages
- Optional: conduct interviews and turn them into text and video
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, flyers, and brochures
- Collaborate with our marketing team and graphic designer
- Keep up with trends and translate them into creative content
Who are we looking for?
- Creative, analytical, and great with words
- Experience as a content creator/copywriter or a talented starter
- Affinity with e-commerce, SEO, and AI
- Independent, proactive, and curious
- Minimum MBO+ level, preferably HBO
- Strong command of Dutch and English
- Passion for cars is a big plus
What do we offer?
- Market-based salary (€2900–€3500 gross per month)

Voor sommige functies (zoals content of klantenservice) kun je deels thuiswerken. Maar we vinden het ook gezellig als je regelmatig op kantoor bent. Op vrijdag zijn er tosti’s!
We zoeken collega’s met passie, initiatief en een gezonde dosis Rotterdamse mentaliteit. Of je nu net afgestudeerd bent of al jaren ervaring hebt – als je er zin in hebt, horen we graag van je.
Onze collega’s zeggen: de afwisseling, de informele sfeer, de ruimte om mee te denken én de liefde voor auto’s. En eerlijk is eerlijk: met mooie auto’s werken is gewoon leuker dan saaie spreadsheets.
