You can apply a tire dressing right away, but without proper cleaning the result will never be optimal. Pneu Look has been specifically developed to thoroughly clean tires and unpainted plastics first. This citrus based cleaner effectively removes grease, oil and stubborn dirt, creating a perfectly clean surface. Exactly what you need before applying a dressing.
Pneu Look contains a carefully balanced blend of surfactants and solvents and has a pleasant citrus scent during use.
Start by rinsing the tires to remove loose contamination. Spray Pneu Look generously onto the tire and work the product in using a brush. Rinse thoroughly with water. If you prefer to dry the tires before applying a dressing, use a lint free cloth. In many cases this is not even necessary, as dressings can also bond well to a slightly damp surface.
In addition to tires, Pneu Look can also be used to clean unpainted plastic trim. Properly cleaning the surface allows the dressing applied afterwards to bond better and last longer. For heavily contaminated surfaces, it may be necessary to repeat the process several times to remove all residue and achieve a perfectly clean base. Use Pneu Look only on unpainted plastics. Never use brushes or strong chemical cleaners on high gloss black piano trim.

Je hoeft Pneu Look niet bij elke wasbeurt te gebruiken. Gebruik het wanneer de banden bruin beginnen uit te slaan of wanneer je merkt dat je huidige bandendressing niet meer mooi hecht of vlekkerig wordt.
Nee, Pneu Look is een specifieke reiniger op citrusbasis. Het is bedoeld om vet, olie, wegvuil en oude lagen dressing van je banden te strippen. Het resultaat is een "naakte", diepgrijze tot zwarte band die perfect schoon is. Hierna kun je een dressing (zoals Dodo Juice Dark Matter) aanbrengen voor de gewenste glans en bescherming.
Een handige truc: wanneer je Pneu Look inborstelt en het schuim blijft wit in plaats van bruin, dan is al het diepliggende vuil verwijderd. Spoel de band daarna grondig af met water.
Banden worden vaak bruin door "blooming" (antiozonanten die uit het rubber naar buiten treden) of door opgebouwd vuil. Pneu Look breekt deze bruine laag moeiteloos af. Je ziet het product vaak letterlijk bruin wegvloeien tijdens het borstelen.
