Koch-Chemie Fine Cut F6.01 is an intelligent, latest-generation polish specifically developed for the machine treatment of automotive paint. This product offers a perfect balance between correction and finishing. It effortlessly removes moderate to deeper scratches, such as car wash scratches and sanding marks up to a 2500 grit.
The unique formula, based on aluminum oxide, ensures a fast and effective process while simultaneously leaving an impressive, deep gloss. It is suitable for almost all types of paint, including modern, scratch-resistant clear coats. Its silicone-free composition makes it safe for use in a professional environment, ensuring that defects are genuinely removed rather than just masked. The result is a durable and visibly smoother surface.

- Ensure the paint surface is clean and dry.
- Apply a small amount of product to a medium polishing pad (like the Koch-Chemie Fine Cut Pad).
- Spread the product at low speed over a small section to be treated (approx. 50x50 cm).
- Polish in a cross-hatch pattern with a rotary or dual-action polisher at medium speed and with medium pressure.
- Reduce the pressure as the product breaks down and increase the speed for maximum gloss.
- Wipe off any residue with a soft microfiber towel.
Tips:
- For the absolute best, hologram-free result on dark paints, the paint can be subsequently treated with a finishing polish such as Koch-Chemie Micro Cut M3.02.
- Do not use too much product; a few small drops per panel are often sufficient for an optimal result.
