The Heavy Cut Foam Pad is a hard polishing pad, specially designed for removing deep scratches and severe paint defects. The low height of the pad ensures a stable and comfortable polishing experience, even on contoured surfaces.
The special open cell foam retains its hardness, even during long and intensive polishing sessions. The unique cell structure of the foam provides a high and consistent cutting factor and contributes to a long service life.

- Mount the pad on a polishing machine with the correct size backing plate.
- Apply 3-4 drops of polish to the pad.
- Spread the polish at low speed over the surface to be treated.
- Increase the speed and polish the surface with medium pressure until the desired result is achieved.
- Clean the pad in between and thoroughly after use.
Tip: For optimal results and a longer lifespan of the pad, clean the pad regularly during polishing with a brush or with compressed air.
