EZ Detail EZ Detail Brush Large - The ultimate wheel brush
The EZ Detail Brush Large is the bigger brother of the Mini and sets the global standard for safe and effective wheel cleaning. This brush is specifically designed to reach deep into wheel barrels and remove stubborn brake dust and dirt without scratching. Thanks to the long, flexible stem, the brush effortlessly reaches behind spokes and between brake calipers, areas unreachable with a wash mitt.
The special Memory-Nylex bristles are gentle on all wheel finishes, from painted to chrome-plated aluminum. These bristles are resistant to powerful wheel cleaners and always return to their original shape when exposed to heat. The stem and tip are fully coated with rubber, ensuring no metal comes into contact with the vehicle. Its size also makes this brush excellent for cleaning engine bays, wheel wells, and exhaust tips.

Mix a wheel cleaner or car shampoo with water in a bucket.
Immerse the brush in the soapy water to ensure proper lubrication.
Gently move the brush between spokes and into wheel barrels.
Rinse the brush frequently in the bucket to release trapped dirt.
Thoroughly rinse both the surface and the brush with clean water after cleaning.
Hang the brush to dry; the bristles will regain their original shape.
Tips
Have the bristles become flattened over time? Submerge the brush in warm water, and the bristles will recover their original shape.
Avoid pulling the brush out of tight crevices too quickly to prevent dirty water from splattering onto clothing or face.

Blijft toch de topper
Heb de large variant, en dat blijft toch de beste borstel, om overal tussen te komen. Hij spettert graag, maar daar kun je je werkwijze op aanpassen (rustig uit de velg halen). Veel beter inzetbaar dan de dikke logge microvezel varianten als je het mij vraagt... De beste allrounder!
De beste allround velgenborstel
Ik heb de grote variant al jaren en blijf er bij terugkomen, ook na het uitproberen van wat 'moderne' vezel-varianten. Die dikke/stugge borstels komen lang niet overal tussen, en dan moet je er toch weer een kleine versie bij hebben die vervolgens te kort, te dun of te dik blijkt. Deze (grote) EZ Detail Auto Brush komt overal tussen en is ook lang genoeg voor brede velgen. Het enige nadeel: hij spettert best graag in jouw richting (mijn reden om andere borstels te gaan proberen). Zolang je niet gaat detailen in je goeie goed is er op zich weinig aan de hand, en deze doet tenminste wel gewoon alles. Voor de voorkant gebruik ik een wheelmitt tussen de spaken en voor het velgbed de EZ Detail. Meer heb je niet nodig. 👍
Handige velgenborstel!
Ik heb de kleine versie van deze borstel en die bevalt mij uitstekend! Het borsteltje is dun en past daardoor makkelijk door de kleine kieren van mijn Alfa-velgen. Het handvat dwingt je om niet te drukken en te schrobben, waardoor je de borstelharen het werk laat doen. Voor het vuil in de randjes blijf ik wel een kwastje gebruiken. Bij levering waren die borstelharen wat verbogen, maar even onderdompelen in warm water en de haren staan weer in de juiste richting.
