Koch-Chemie Ceramic Body CB01 is a ceramic coating developed to provide paint surfaces with exceptional and long-lasting protection. Through a chemical reaction, the coating permanently bonds to the paint, creating an ultra-thin, yet extremely strong protective layer. This layer not only offers an impressive deep gloss but also provides an excellent water and dirt-repellent effect, known as the lotus effect.
This makes cleaning the vehicle significantly easier. The protection is durable and remains intact even after using acidic or alkaline cleaning agents. It shields the paint from external influences such as oxidation, road salt, acids, and insect residues, which contributes to maintaining the vehicle's value.

- Preparation: Ensure the surface is perfectly clean and dry. The paint must be completely free of scratches, swirls, and other imperfections. Polish the paint if necessary and thoroughly degrease the surface with a suitable product. Work in a well-ventilated and dust-free area.
- Application: Apply a small amount of the coating onto the included applicator. Apply the product in straight, overlapping motions on a small section of the surface (approx. 60x60 cm). Work in a cross-hatch pattern to ensure even coverage.
- Wipe-off: Allow the coating to 'flash' or evaporate for a few minutes. The exact time depends on the temperature and humidity. Once a light haze is visible, wipe off the residue with a clean, soft microfiber towel. Use a second, clean towel for a final wipe to remove all remnants and ensure a streak-free result.
- Curing: Allow the coating to cure for at least 24 hours without contact with water. Full hardness is achieved after approximately 9 days. Do not wash the vehicle during the first week.
