The Fine Cut Foam Pad is a medium polishing pad, specially designed for removing moderate weathering and scratches. Its low height of 23 mm ensures a stable and comfortable polishing experience with low torsional forces. The special foam retains its hardness, even during extended polishing sessions.
The open-cell structure achieves a high level of correction with excellent hygiene. The milled edge provides extra flexibility, allowing the pad to adapt perfectly to the contours of the surface.

- Center the pad on the backing plate of the polishing machine.
- Apply 3-4 drops of polish (e.g., Koch-Chemie Fine Cut F6.01) to the pad.
- Spread the polish at a low speed over a small area (approx. 40x40 cm / 16"x16").
- Polish the surface at medium speed until the desired correction is achieved.
- Wipe off the residue with a clean microfiber towel.
Tips
- Clean the pad regularly during polishing with a brush or compressed air for optimal and consistent results.
- The pad can be rinsed with warm water after use and allowed to dry completely.

Ik ben erg tevreden over de Koch Chemie Fine Cut Foam Pad. De pad biedt een mooie balans tussen correctiekracht en een nette afwerking. Hij verwijdert lichte tot gemiddelde lakdefecten effectief en laat de lak zichtbaar gladder en glanzender achter. De pad werkt prettig, verdeelt het polijstmiddel gelijkmatig en blijft ook na meerdere toepassingen van goede kwaliteit. Een ideale keuze voor het verfijnen van de lak en het behalen van een strak eindresultaat.
