Rupes PrecisionPro Backing Pad - Ultimate control and protection
This advanced backing pad has been specifically developed for the Rupes BigFoot iBrid polishers, such as the HLR15 and HLR21. The design focuses entirely on performance and durability. By eliminating the use of polyurethane, the center of gravity is lower than that of traditional backing pads. This results in a more stable machine and brings the user closer to the surface for maximum control.
A key feature is the rubber border protection. This design allows the machine to glide smoothly and offers extra security when polishing along difficult contours or mirrors; should the plate touch the paintwork, the rubber prevents immediate damage. The balance is optimized to minimize vibrations, even when switching between different types of polishing pads. While the plate is highly durable, it fits only the specific HLR iBrid machines and is not interchangeable with older BigFoot models.
