- Wash the windows thoroughly and make sure they are completely dry. If necessary, use a glass polish like Glaco Glass Compound Roll On.
- Shake the bottle well with the cap on.
- Remove the cap and press the felt applicator onto the dry glass. Gently squeeze the bottle to release the product and apply it evenly using a crosshatch motion.
- Allow the product to dry for 5–10 minutes until a white haze appears.
- Wipe away the haze with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
- Keep the glass dry for at least 12 hours to allow the coating to fully cure.
Met één verpakking Ultra Glaco kun je ongeveer 4 tot 5 auto’s volledig behandelen (voorruit, zijruiten en achterruit). Natuurlijk hangt het af van de grootte van je auto en hoe royaal je het aanbrengt.
Gebruik een pluisvrije glasdoek of een schone microvezeldoek die geschikt is voor glas. Daarmee voorkom je vlekken of strepen, en houd je het zicht perfect helder.
Laat het minimaal 12 uur droog blijven na het aanbrengen. Geen regen, geen ruitenwissers, en liever ook niet rijden. Zo krijgt de coating de kans om goed uit te harden – en dat is cruciaal voor een langdurig effect.
Reinig de ruiten grondig met een speciale glasreiniger zoals Glaco Glass Compound Roll On. Zo hecht de coating beter en gaat ‘ie langer mee.
Nee, liever niet. Op spiegels krijg je wel ‘beading’ (druppelvorming), maar daar is geen rijwind om de druppels weg te blazen. Het resultaat? Een wazig zicht. Gebruik liever een specifieke coating voor spiegels of laat ze onbehandeld.
Vanaf zo’n 45-60 km/u parelt regenwater vanzelf van je ruit af – je hebt dus vaak nauwelijks ruitenwissers nodig. Ook insectenresten en ijs verwijder je makkelijker dankzij de gladde coatinglaag.

Wauw!
Ik heb nog nooit zo'n heldere voorruit gehad!!! Het is wel even een klusje omdat je het goed moet voorbereiden. Eerst schoonmaken met ruitenreiniger (Monello Cristalino) dan de ruit scrubben/polijsten (met een of ander goedje wat ik bij de kleedjesverkoop had gescoord) en dan aanbrengen met de ingebouwde applicator en na een paar minuten afnemen met een microvezeldoek. Werkt heel gemakkelijk. Wel opletten dat je het op een koele ruit doet in de schaduw. Het resultaat is verbluffend! Alles waait er zo vanaf. Insecten en vogelpoep hechten niet aan het glas en zijn met een keertje ruitensproeien weer weg. Het heeft nog niet geregend maar ik denk dat het dan ook een merkbaar verschil geeft.
